You could try exfoliating it by mixing honey and sugar and gently rubbing it into your lips :)

Vaseline works! Maybe not the absolute best but I think it's magical!! I put it on before I went to bed and when I woke up, my lips smooth!

Try put your toothbrush in warm water & brush the dryness off your lips takes time, then just apply any lip balm.

Baby Lips has so much mineral oil in it, that stuff is used in cars and NOT meant to be put on your face, it's so bad for you! Not to mention Maybelline kills bunnies. I'd recommend Rosebud Salve, it's $6 at Sephora and works better than everything I've tried, and it lasts seriously forever! I had the worst eczema on my face due to my Graves' disease and my doctor advised not to put hydrocortisone cream near my eyes...I tried 10 different things before finding this and nothing even came close to working. As well as your lips it will moisturize any other part of your body, and it smells so good :)

Aquaphor! At CVS they sell 2 small tubes together for cheap and I keep one on might nightstand and one in my purse. I brush my lips with a dry toothbrush and then put Aquaphor on. I'm a lip licker and it saved me! It's good for other uses too. Overnight you see pretty great results. :)

Omg, I use a tiny little bit of olive oil and sugar and make a scrub and then scrub it on my lips for two minutes or so, then with a dry towel wipe it off, then the rest with a humid towel. Then I put my eos. Which isn't the best, but it keeps my lips hydrated. I do this twice a week, and I always, always have lip balm with me, also drink lots of water!

I swear by burts bees! I would always get chapped lips after riding my street bike on chilly nights. I would smother my lips in burts bees before going to bed and wake up to soft lips. If its real bad, I would have to do this a few nights in a row before they started to get better. The mint in the burts bees balm helped kill that burning feeling that you get when your lips are chapped. It gives a cooling feeling.

OMG girl I know what you mean!! It happens to me all the time and its happening to me right now!
-drink lots of water
-steam your face or hot bath or hot shower
-rub your lips and get dead skin off after steaming face and your the skin on your lips are moist and loosened
-use lip scrub if you need (olive oil with sugar)
-put a thick lipbalm on. babylips and vaseline is NOT good enough for very chapped lips. However eos lipbalm has helped me a lot.

Also ROSEBUD SALVE. Buy it. its AMAZING. The most moisturizing thing ever!! Not to mention I also have eczema and that follows with dry spots and very dry lips for me that diesnt heal fast. Rosebud salve helps soooo much beter than olive oil or coconut oil or lip butters or even eos lipbalms!
