Some pigments are like that I have a few from Mac that get like that.you can use a sealer base or mixing medium to intensify the color and give staying power. :-)

Thanks I was going to chuck it but its so pretty and a beautiful highlight, the container comes with a sifter lol but no matter how hard you shake, tap etc.nothing comes out lol I was thinking of pressing it maybe or adding a bitt if alcohol to it and see if that would dry it out a bit😕

No its not suppose to look like that and if it does the clumps should be able to break. Did you accidentally add liquid to it. Maybe you can break the clumps by squeezing them between your fingers

Nope, came this way
I ordered it from sephora on a sale lol the chunks just stay "chunky" "patchy" it doesn't blend well at all. Good thing it was on sale lol. I'm curious if all her pigments are like this or maybe just this one? Or maybe just mine haha

I'd return that if you still have the receipt!

I am with Natalie, I would return it (that would be the easiest). If they won't let you do that then I would contact Kat Von D, it is their product after all, and place in this circumstance will usually exchange, give you another free, or give you your money back and let you keep it. That is really crappy in my opinion, especially since her products aren't cheap. Sure you got it on sale, but what if you hadn't, you know?
