Anything from a neutral smokey to just eyeliner and bold falsies. Definitely contoured. But nothing to peachy because your dress is coral already.

You wanna stay away from colors because your dress is already colorful so like the others have suggested...something neutral & not harsh. Just soft & defined

I would go with a touch of tourquise (don't remember how to spell it:P ) in the eyes but nude lips! luminous foudation and contour.
