I suggest:
Bb cream if needed (I use maybelline and it is so awesomeness )
Mascara: Try the colossal by maybelline
White liner on your bottom lid: I love from NK and it's only $1
Black liner on your tight line : NK once again
Don't forget to curl your lashes
Tinted lip balm of gloss
This is what I do!
If necessary concealer I use mine from cover girl+Olay

I really love the Maybelline stick foundations. They're very light coverage, and they're perfect just evening out your skin tone and covering any blemishes.
Maybelline dream bouncy blushes are amazing for a light flush of color.
Nyx eyeshadow in Sahara is a perfect shimmery tan eyeshadow.
Covergirl clump crusher is seriously the best mascara ever, it adds volume and length without horribly clumping.
For lips I'd recommend babylips or Maybelline color whisper ( I love Oh la lilac, lust for blush, and petal in the color whispers)
An I love the Elf tone correcting powder for aroun my Nose and forehead to prevent oil 😊 hope I helped

8th grade? I would just go with some BB cream or powder. A little eyeliner, mascara and a lipgloss or baby lips.
