Dry and Damaged! Shampoo Suggestions??

I used to have very damaged hair until I started using deep conditioners and hot oil treatments. It's starting to get better but the only problem is I'm having trouble finding a good shampoo and conditioner. The one's I'm using now don't work so well for my hair. I have thicker, short, curly, red (just recently dyed), VERY DRY hair. Any suggestions please?

Palmers coconut oil hair mask is amazing, if your hair is really dry you can use this mask every other day and not wash your hair (if possible) on the other days.

I recently bleached my hair and it became so flipping dry and tangly it was awful. I got coconut oil and use burt bees shampoo. My hair has improved immensely!
