in a shade lighter and use it under my eyes as well I would vouch for this product x

Physicians Formula concealer. It's a liquid base. So it does dry on. But gives you a lot if coverage. They have a green one that does knock our redness but I do use light to give me a brightness under my eyes. You can get this at CVS rite aid Walgreens and ulta

Hard candy's glamoflauge sold at Walmart! it's even better than some high end brand concealers I've tried. my only complaint is that they don't have a lot of range or colors (they cater to light to medium tan skin unfortunately) but the light medium fits my skin perfectly. you should definitely be able to find your color.
