In order to make brown eyes pop you want to apply blues! If you look at the pick the Symone posted for you with the "Navy Blue" take a look at how it totally draws the center of attention to the eye. You don't want to add any color too close to the color of you eyes because it detracts from your actual eye color making them blend in almost.
