You could use whichever? :) if you're going for a shimmery smokey eye than go for shimery white, if you're going for a neutral smokey eye than go for a matte white :)

Shimmery white or anything lighter then the color like if I do pink I lighten it with yellow sometimes not a yellowed yellow jus shimmered actually use anything shimmery

Yeah try the pic Angel sent, it even helps to put a similar shimmery colour over the whole eyelid, that's what I do (:

It doesn't have to only be white it can be a cream color as well.
