Paintball Marshall job trial, makeup help!

I have a trial tomorrow for a job at a paintballing place. so tomorrow is going to be a long day, ve got to look after people (be confident in my skin), I'm going to get hot and wear a mask. problem is, I don't wanna wear a load of makeup. but I really feel I need to cover up redness and some really obvious spots. I was thinking dab some bb cream or concealer where I need it, lip balm and a little mascara. what do you 
think?

That sounds fine! Maybe some powder if you're worried about sweating and being oily

Try a long lasting or waterproof concealer/foundation and waterproof mascara so it doesn't smudge.

That's what I wore paint balling! And try sweat or water resistant makeup trust me it will help.
