Totally. I almost always use gel liner. love my inglot and maybelline ones.

I use gel liner (Maybelline or Wet n Wild) and I just bought the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner and I love it. The tip is so nice and pointed it makes it easy to draw the necessary lines.
