Deep black eyeliner - and no smudging??

Urban decay 24/7 liner in perversion. it's intensely black and does not budge. I swatched it on my wrist on Wednesday at Ulta and I can still see it after a shower and countless hand washes.

How about trying a liquid? it might work. orrr do the gel or pencil and set it with black eyeshadow...after I do that I kind of line my black with a nude shadow to make sure it doesn't run :)))

Sorry I didn't put the brand xD I use the loreal telescopic liquid eyeline and I use maybelline eye studio gel. actually most days I find myself putting on the gel and then covering it with the liquid. it works pretty well for me and I work in a hot sweaty kitchen :((

Well pisser! maybe try covering the whole area with a matte primer or some nude eyeshadow before you put your eyeliner/shadow on and then quick use a setting spray. I use hair spray...which I don't recomend if you might be allergic :(( haha you should just use a sharpie (jkkkkkk) what eyeliner are you using meow?

I use Palladio Herbal Eyeliner in Waterproof and its very black, and doesn't smudge at all for me. I use it on my waterline, and even after I cry its still there :D.

I found my perfect combo and swear by it, it's urban decays liquid 24/7 in perversion and Laura geller makes a pencil that's super easy the one I have is a waterproof blackest black. I wear the liquid on top and pencil on bottom. Stays on until I take it off!

Inglots gel liner is the best!! its waterproof and completely smudge proof. its $12 and super deep black. goes on super smooth too! looove this gel liner best I've ever used.
