I always apply my urban decay setting spray when I'm done putting my makeup on but my face still tends to get shinny and my foundation can move around but I always try to keep a powder of some kind with me to buff it back into place before things get too out of hand :)

I always use MAC fix+ spray and Too Face primed and poreless.

Spray on before application if skin is oily and after.
