Yes! we had plenty of time for that. I'd roll my eyes when my parents would tell me to wear less haha. wearing as much at 13 made me feel uncomfortable without it growing up :/ thats why when youre young less really is better. you don't want to end up feeling like you NEED makeup to be beautiful.

Just make sure your catching all your lashes properly.looks like you've missed a few at both ends.maybe thats y it looks like your not wearing any.
