To help get rid of redness, use proactiv revatilizing toner, when I first used it, it stung a little but it sooo works! Or you can try rubbing lemon too. And a cinnamon and honey mask works good too! But you have to do it maybe every other day. I use Burt's bees pore refining scrub, it works great! But everyone's skin is different and I heard tea tree oil works too! Or rubbing ice a couple times a day can help.. So many things haha but I way to help you!

See a dermatologist! Anything you buy at a drugstore is only helping it alittle. A dermatologist will know how to get rid of it.

As well as using the right cleanser, scrub, etc. on your skin try improving your diet if need be and drink LOTS of water. Generally it is said that acne in the forehead zone originates from unhealthiness in the bladder and digestive system.
