I taught myself how to do my own make up and I'm really not all that great at it. I really love wearing eye liner but whenever I do, I feel like I'm wearing too much. I'm not sure how to do my eye liner so that it's not obvious but so that it does make a difference. I think whenever I put it on it's too thick but I'm not sure how else to do it. Any ideas please?
