I know it's messy so don't say clean it! Haha but I'm just getting bored of it and want to look a little more "grown up"

Oh my. my answer would be way too long since I love to design spaces! but couple of things srike me. are those windows, those rectangular things on 2 walls? maybe some curtains. and is that your desk? it looks tiny! do you actually use it for school or work? furniture in general looks kids size. I would also find a focal point, right now everything looks clumped together against the walls. just take some paper and cut out your furniture shapes then lay them on a blank paper that represents your room dimensions.
. this way you can visualize sifferent layouts!

I would go through and declutter everything like majorly!! Then personally I would get rid of all the zebra pink because that just screams ten yr old girl to me. Then assign a place for work, beauty, and sleep.
