I used to do that to! The fact that I did pretty things on my nails made me stop. But when I don't have nail polish on my nails I gnaw them (I don't know if that make sense) :)

Lol I do the exact same thing Colleen so yea just do a really pretty color or design on them you might stop biting them or just wear bail polish all the time because it tastes bad when you bite on it ;)

When I was little I tried a nail polish (disgusting) to make me stop.. It didn't work out at all! 2 hours later I gnawed my nails (I'm sorry for my English)

You can buy a nail polish that makes them grow fast and tastes really bad my sister bites her nails and when we tried putting a bunch if nasty things on her nails she still kept hitting them haha

Put on a nail polish for fast grow, then put a bright colour over it so everytime you want to bite on them, you don't want it anymore :) that's what helped me of it!
