I just got done chalking my hair today.(This profile picture is what it looks like:) You will need brush, chalk, water, hairdryer, straightener/curler and gloves. XD What I did was:
1. Section hair you want chalked and brush it.
2. Get the piece of hair wet.
3.Make sure you have gloves on it is quite messy, and rub the chalk downwards on your hair until the part you want is covered.
4. Blow dry your hair. (some might fall off on your hands. It is ok :)
5. Straighten or curl the piece to lock in the color for a longer lasting stay. XD <3

Why use chalk? It's nothing more than plaster of Paris with food coloring. There are products on the market that are specifically made for "chalking" including Color Rub that are safe, easier to use and inexpensive.
