That's a lot. But then it depends how many times a day you brush your hair and how your falls out in a day. Is it only when you take a bath that hair falls out a lot? If its from the roots then its a scalp problem but if its just hair breakage then you just need some treatment like keratin or deep conditioning.

I read somewhere you lose up 100 to 1000 hairs a day. It's the old hair making room for new to grow. Idk how much of that is true. I use to that much. I had to cut my hair a couple times then it stopped.

My hair falls out like that. Everyone sheds hair daily - some people more than others. Conditioning your hair won't make a difference. You're not losing hair like that because of its condition. (Dry hair tends o snap off, but it doesn't fall out at the root). Try speaking to your hair dresser and your doctor if you're really worried. Personally, I don't think you need to get too upset about it though, so long as its not falling out in clumps.

Also, you could try wearing your hair up in a loose style, only brushing it once a day maximum and not running your hands through it to help a little.

Thank you girls. My hair isn't dry and yes that amount is just from one day. And it only falls like that when I bath also I don't really wear my hear in buns or anything it's almost always down.

Hair fall is common. but people with long hair notice it more (around 100+ hairs a day is normal) you possibly just need a good hair cut. but there are products out there such as kerestase initialist that reduce hair fall up to 90%. hair type may also be a factor. hope that helps.

I loose a lot of hair when I shower too. You can take a pill called biotin and your hair like almost stops falling out, it's amazing! You can use keratin the strengthen your hair and when you shampoo or condition or what ever, make sure that you use your finger tips in stead of your nails because using your nails damages the hair follicle and good also damage your scalp. After your shower also make sure that you use a wide tooth comb because brushes and thin toothed combs also cause more hair breakage. I use to loose lots of hair too, so it's normal. It looks like you just shed hair more than others. Those are just some recommendations to help reduce the falling and breakage of your hair. Hope this is helpful :) <3

That's normal. I'm a cosmetologist. You lose about 100 strands a day. Depending on the thickness of your hair.

I think if it persists and it gets worse then go see a doctor. It's probably best then.

Mines fallen out like that before. It's just weak.
But don't do the keratin, unless you want a big haircut as it will only burn your ends...

My hair does this now that I got it cut shorter. I was kinda freaking out too when mine did that but I guess its just because I have it up all the time and it doesn't have anywhere to fall.
