Use a little concealer for under the eyes. I use a Mac concealer but if the price range is to high for you I'm sure the drugstore has some good ones. I don't think you need a full coverage foundation at all maybe just some powder or BB cream.

Well Juliet C. said the same as I was going to say but some tips are:

⭐I'm not being offensive but your top lip seems a little thin which is normal, but you could line your lip with a lip liner going a little over your actual lip. P.s please don't take this personally, The imperfection's are what makes you perfect!

⭐Not a tip but I think full front heavy bangs would suit you!

⭐I'm using the app plus I don't have my glasses yet so I don't know what color your eyes are exactly but they look blue to me. Make them stand out by using black mascara and black eyeliner. Don't use blue or shimmery eyeshadow's as they blend in with your eye color. Instead use light browns and beige's; pastel pinks and purples.

And I know I have a thin upper lip so I didn't take it offensive!
My mom and dad both have a thin upper lip so in double cursed
And my eyes actually change color so they are usually blueish gray

Later on you can use concealer for under your eyes.

Don't use concealer under the eyes as its to thick the skin under your eyes is 7 % thinner then the rest of your face use ( touché e clat) from yves saint Lauren
