Hello! :D SOOO When I Do My Makeup , I Usually Use An Eyeliner Pencil , Foundation (For Acne ='<) And Lip Balm. I've Always Wanted To Line My Upper Waterline But I'm Too Scared To Do It Again XD. I Tried Once And I Almost Poked Out My Eye >.<. Soo For The Girls Who Line Their Eyes , How Do You Apply Eyeliner To The Top Waterline Without a Problem? :0.

I do it kinda lightly so it looks more natural :) but when I do I pull my eye lid up so it's not touching my eyeball anymore and I very carefully line it :) good luck! Sry this was probably not much help :/

Also make sure it's made for the waterline I've used some before that hurt my eyes because they weren't made for the water line

Okay this sounds scary... But you'll twitch less if you pull your eyelid up (like kaylas picture, but with the top eyelid) and make your eyeballs look down. It's still pretty easy you just feel out your waterline. It takes a while to get used to but if you practice a couple times, you'll be able to do it no problem! Good luck!
