Yup. I wore one the first day of school with a crop top and high waist jeans. It was 90 degrees but it was cold in the classroom.

If its a little warm I would wear a thin one. On the first day of school, I wore a thin cardigan with a sleeveless top...it was like 74 degrees. Colder in the morning too.

There are no rules as to what you can wear and when. Wear what you like. If you live in a hot country then maybe a thin cardigan (I live in the UK and still need knitted cardigans some days)
