Jordans don't have any leopard print shoes, unless you come across the fake imitation versions. I would suggest Nike, but their woman's & boys lines like to play with more print and color much more than any other sneaker. If you're looking for a high top, go for the Dunks (the womans pair offer wedge versions) or the air max 65/95. For other name brand brands I would suggest TOMS, Aldo, & places like that. For budget places that are more trendy, I would say gear towards Charlotte Russe, GoJane, F21, Wet Seals, & any basic department.

& as in "don't have any", I mean like any that have just came out or re-released, the best chance you might get is the spizikes (I don't recommend) or the 4s, that feature more of snake print around the brim of the shoe close to the sole.
