Check out stila too amazing and stays all day but urban decay is a pretty good pick too!

Stila is great and add a water proof gel liner and it gives off the deepest black color and awesome staying power compared to just using UD liner which is good to but not as dark.

Smashbox makes great eyeliners. Glides on easy, rich colors, stays on all day!! Cheaper route is Maybelline.
