How to apply white eyeliner to waterline?!

I've tried but it just look REALLY weird. I just need help on overall how to apply eye makeup to the waterline and eyeshadow/liner on the bottom.

Apply the white eyliner on the waterline from the tear duct to the outer corner. If it looks weird go for a nude liner that will do the same job but look more natural such as the rimmel kohl kajal liner. Maybe the white liner looks too stark white so settling with a nude would be a better choice.

applying eyeshadow and liner on the bottom is the same. Just underneath or in between your lower lashline. :)
