I am 13 and I wear powder foundation to school. But what really gets on my nerves is when it's a little bit Cakey! I really need help. I don't have a primer either. Is there a way to get some coverage, and make the makeup last? Thanks ladies!! (I do put moisturizer underneath)

Make sure you really buff the foundation out. Try a spray like fix+ by mac or the nyx matte setting spray

When your foundation is cakey it's because of your application and it can counter act with how much moisturizer you put on.A setting spray is good but Mac fix is not a setting spray it's a hydrating spray that spray gives you a dewy look to help hydrate.

Bare minerals. its pricey but so worth it. won't get cakey, easy to apply and gives great coverage. the solid compact runs about $28 but will last you for 6 months or longer.

Hey I'm 13 and I was training how to wear my powder foundation cuz it was looking akey and I found a way! Get your beauty blender or a damp sponge instead of a brush. Not only it gives you more coverage, but blends into your skin efortlessly, quicker and looks more natural and better in every way possible.

Bc your only 13 I would not use foundation. Your young and I'm sure your skin is great already. I would recommend a bb cream with and a light powder. Keep your skin healthy as long as possible prolong the foundation just a little longer
