When I put on eyeliner it ends up smears under my eyes.

Set it with an eyeshadow that's the same color as the eyeliner. :)

Thats what happens to me pretty much ever time I wear makeup>.< I have tried setting it but it still smears>.< what I did was apply waterproof liquid liner and then use a gel ontop of that and then it lasts me all day with no smudgeing unless my eye gets itchy^.^

Use an eye primer:) and waterpfoof makeup.

Try Gel eyeliner don't use pencil, pencil wares off.
