I use a treatment in my hair. I make it myself. You mix 3 tablespoons of Olive oil and 1 egg. I know. It sounds nasty, but it works fantastic in your hair. Leave it in for 30 minutes then wash your hair really well. If you plan on styling your hair with heat, use a heat protector. That is a home remedy and I got it off youtube from another girl. Her hair looked gorgeous. I use it about once or twice a month. You should try it!

If you don't want to cut it all off you could buy a good quality hair serum and in a few months it'll feel so much better.

No heat on it for a while, maybe try a vitamin e serum + some olive oil with an extra helping of conditioner? :)
