Strange Make Up Request?

So when I put make up on I try to do it as close to the character Skully, from X Files. Something is always different about how I do my eyes, though. I was wondering if someone could help me do her eye make up? I know it's simple but I can't match it as well as I'd like, haha. thanks!

She usually wears nothing but mascara haha and maybe like a color a little darker than your own on the lid but other than that it's all natural.

I know, ha. She has a light eye shadow but she also lines her bottom lid with the eye shadow. :) I just tried it, ha.
