Ehh you pretty much always have to remove those with scissors

I make myself bracelets like that and it is just easier to leave them on a while and take them off for good when it gets gross!

Loop one of the strings on the right through the hole then take the string that just went through and the string on the right and tie them together ( easier if you don't tie a knot) so I usually the strings hang or tie them in a bow.
