How do I darken my eyebrows without making look crazy dark.

Either use a brow pencil lightly and give a shape then fill in with a powder. If you mean by tinting then go to your local Sally's and get a brow or eye lash tinting kit and they will become darkened but it usually looks very natural and lasts a couple weeks

You should find eyebrow and eyelash tint in many drugstores x

Or you can get them colored... there are optiones available like that in semi permanent makeup. they professionaly color your eyebrs it stays for almost six months!

Try stud eye pencil by Mac and do short quick strokes it'll look more natural and overall make your brow appear darker. This is if you have like brunette hair which it looked like from your pics! :) http://youtu.be/KsVWVjRNegU.

Using a brow powder daily would be better than getting a brow tiny as most people find they only last around a week.
