I'm currently using the maybelline hyper shape and it did a good job but it still smudge unless I apply a eyeshadow before that. Is it my eyelid gets oily easily or the eyeliner?

I like maybelline line stillettos or any felt lip liner, bh cosmetics is good and super cheap but dries quickly it should last more than a month if you wear it everyday ;)
