You could try a color lighter than your skin tone on your whole eye then you could try blending a brown in the crease and a black in the outer corner kind of creating a cat-eye. Apply some liquid liner to the lid, thin or thick, your choice. Pop on some mascara, also your choice to how much. A nice mat bronzer and a nude lip would look nice as well. (: Hope I helped! Glitter! Add some glitter on your lid and/or inner corner to make your eyes pop!

A light shimmer purple on the inner corner of your eye, a darker purple on the lid and a black on the outer corner blended in the crease is a very sexy and colorful look and I think purple would look good on you! Also, a champagne as a highlight on the brow bone would go nice too (:
