I heard l' oreal and garnier are the best, I know garnier has one for acne or oily skin I think.

I heard that the garnier one is good. Garnier has two, one for dry skin and one for oily skin. Try it but make sure its the right type for your skin :)

As you have fairer skin you can use an Asian BB cream which I highly recommend. You can get them off amazon or sasa.com.

Or try Garnier, it's cheaper but its a hit&miss for different people. Just be sure to get the oily skin version. :)

If you're looking for coverage, I would use a CC cream since it helps correct your skin's discoloration, pigmentation, etc. If you want a light coverage, BB cream is the way to go!
