How to apply white eyeliner?? URGENT.

I got this soft khol eyeliner in white from rimmel and I wanna put it in my waterline but it's like runny and isn't working the way I want it to! HELP!!

Hmm. That's bizarre. I have a white eyeshadow and the fact that its drier keeps it in there all day. I hear great things about the Nyx pencil in milk!

It could be to sharp. So as gently and lightly as possible apply it to your waterline. I have the one in nude and never had problems.

I have the same one and it works ok it wears off in the day but its bot runny.

Maybe melt it a little pit and it'll make it creamer and easier to apply (remember let it cool down)

Well it's LIQUID eyeliner right? if so than it won't be easy just keep practiceing!
