I have Normal skin (not oily nor dry) I don't want to be caked up but have a little coverage to cover my little blemishes and dark circles. I wear eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick on occasion. What are some great ways to begin and look a little natural at the same time?

I would say go with a tinted moisturizer it'll have some coverage and wont cake but be sure to use a little bit of powder to set it.

I agree with Victoria. I personally don't use a tinted moisturizer but the foundation I use is very light on my skin and gives a natural coverage. I use the Maybelline Dream Nude Airfoam in case you were wondering. But keep in mind I have combination skin. I have a dry face but under my eyes and basically where my glasses sit I have oily skin, so things might be different for you. Also to add a little definition to your face try contouring. It doesn't have to be anything drastic, just something 2-3 shades darker in the hollow of your cheeks should do the trick.
These are just my suggestions, hope it helps. :)

I would go with tinted moisturizer, concealer, translucent powder, blush, and mascara. If you wanted go to with eyeshadow, I'd use a champagne colour kinda like Sin from Urban Decay. Kat Von D's Saint palette is great for neutral.

A tinted moisturizer would be nice on your skin. It would even out your skin without it looking too cakey. =]

Mascara and a bit of tinted moisturizer! Then maybe gradually go Into shadow, liner and foundation after a little while if you feel like it

If you want eyeshadow, go with browns and tans. Greens are good too. Really, I think foundation and blush can always wait. Especially if you want to be more natural.

Tinted Moisturizer or if you want little more coverage and care, BB cream. :)
