Get a liquid felt tip eye liner to start with and some mascara
And get an employee to explain and get you face coverage if you want to

Your undertone depends on the color of the veins on your wrist. and mascara would brighten up your beautiful eyes (which aren't small) and you're very pretty.

I suggest three things:
- Research YouTube tutorials whenever you have a chance. Just watch tons of vids to learn then practice. Gossmakeupartist is the best. He's a professional and literally has a vid for everything. All the questions you could ever ask about makeup.
-Be confident. Reading your question I can tell that there's a confidence issue there. When you love yourself and a happy being you, there's a beauty that we radiant that not even MAC can bottle.
