You can try coloring your eyebrows in, and using a dark mascara for your eyelashes.

For your eyebrows I would buy an eyebrow shadow or pencil (I prefer shadows) that is the same colour as your hair colour. You could even go a little lighter or darker, it all depends on what look you're going for. And for your eyelashes if you wanted you could buy a black mascara and use that but I would personally suggest a black/brown colour so it doesn't look as harsh but is still dark enough to make your eyes pop!!

All of these tips are great!! One of my personal favorites is to apply a white or cream eyeliner to my lower lash line (water line) it really makes your eyes pop!:)
