I have one from rimmel like that I put it on my water line and or use it as a inner corner highlite.

I have that too. it is an ok product, doesn't stay on as well as it could but when I use it I just use and urban decay spray so it will last longer. I use it in the corner water line and sometimes on my cheekbones to hightlight then blend it in.

Also a thing you can do is lining around your lips and then smudge it and it makes them appear bigger.
