They are really bad for your face. They clog up your pores up to double the amount any other brand does. I don't use there face products but everything else is great.

The pores things are a myth. I used mac face products for years and they never made me breakout.

It might give you breakouts if you have sensitive skin, but it's different to everyone. I love Mac but I do agree it's hyped up a little much

I don't think all their product are as good as they make them seem. Their foundations can run a little orange and cakey. However, their lipsticks are pretty amazing. Their concealer are also pretty nice. I just really don't like their foundations. Too heavy for everyday wear.

It's a little overrated, because there are a lot of drugstore dupes for their lipsticks, blushes, and eyeshadows (the only things I like from there).

I have the MAC mineral foundation and I love it! I've used it for about 3 months and it does not break me out. The mineral foundation gives you light coverage, but can be built up.

Mac cosmetics breaks out a lot of people because you need to keep in mind mac is made for STAGE MAKEUP it isnt meant to be wearing everyday. and also everyone is different. it can break them out or not.

I love it! It's not bad for your skin if you use a moisturiser and primer underneath. I've been using it for the past year and its the only thing I wear now. Including foundation, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, lipgloss... Everything! It's amazing and they have a large selection in everything. The colours for foundations match amazingly and their products always stay on your skin! I love mac. :D.
