I have very oily skin and I've been using Make Up For Ever's Mat Velvet + for about a year now. It drys perfectly matte even without a powder over top. I love it!

I have struggled with super-oily for years, and (so far) the only foundations that work for me are Clinique acne solutions (even if you don't have acne it really helps control oil) and Revlon Colorstay for Combination/Oily skin. Recently I've been loving the Whipped version of Colorstay as well, and if I something more natural-looking I've been using the new Stila Stay All Day foundation and concealer. I would also suggest trying out the new Urban Decay Naked foundation, as I've heard that it's really good for oily skin. I'm actually going to Sephora tomorrow to try it out myself!
I hope this helped, and good luck!

Try out M.A.C 's Studio Sculpt foundation which is gel based, stays all day. Their Pro- Longwear has a nice matte finish and lasts all day too! If not then Nars or MFE's matte foundations are great!

For me I use Mary Kay's Timewise matte wear liquid foundation! Their formula really works for me and is on the more affordable end of good quality foundations ;) Clinique's Stay Matte foundation also get a very honourable mention!

I am oily combination and I like bare escentuals, just the normal mineral powder foundation. I hate when foundation sinks in the pores so you look how you look when foundation does that! Sorry not v well put but people with the same problem will know what I mean! I also like no 7 bb cream for oily skin
