Use home healthes castor oil and I use lou ana's 100% pure coconut oil but I would have probly got better results with cold.press organic :)

It grew my hair really good like 1 1/2 inches even tho my hair only grows half an inch a month.

I did it for a month and I message and distribute the oils in my hair and slept with a shower cap and washes it out in the morning
also I did it 2x a week

I use that same coconut oil and bought it at Publix. The castor oil, I'm not sure about though!

I usually get organic coconut oil, so there's no brand lol! I also use argan oil by pro naturals, it makes my hair healthier and healthy hair grows faster :)
