Stop using all those things. If you want shiny, healthy hair you need to treat it very goo and everything you're doing is wrong.

Go and get it thinned - that's what I'm doing - you don't have to like but it's just a suggestion

Generally hairspray/mousse have a high alcohol content which can make hair look/feel dry. You should look around for an alcohol free mousse and start using a hair oil such as Moroccan or Kendi oil- it will add a ton of shine without weighing your hair down.

This is my hair routine which is working out great: Hair mask every once a week. Conditioner every time I shampoo. Hair oil a of couple times a month (leave it in for 20-30 minutes before shampooing). I always finish rinsing with cold water, because it closes the hair strands.
I would also suggest investing in a really hair hairbrush. I use a mixed bristles Mason Pearson, but there are other alternatives.
I can really feel a difference since I started this routine :)

Leave the heat alone along with that mousse and hairspray because its sucking the life outta your hair. Deep conditioning mask twice a month and just do a rinse out conditioner everytime you shampoo your hair. Try out some of the hair oils and focus on applying down to your ends.

Olive oil, coconut oil or argan oil! I especially recommend the argan oil serum by pro naturals, it really helps with frizz and shine.
