Hey everyone! I have a blush obsession, but I have recently been looking for the perfect blush for those with fair skin. I am looking for a specific name and brand if you are able to give me one. Thank you all so much!

There is no universal "best" blush, IMO. It is a very subjective thing, not to mention it depends on your undertones. Really, the "best" one would be the one that looks the most natural on you, and you're just going to have to experiment until you find it.
