Pencil is easier to apply in my opinion,rimmel's kohl black eyeliner is good.Make sure to sharpen the pencil to have easier application. X.

Pencil for your bottom lashline and liquid for the line on top :) try the liners from cheap-but-good-quality brands because you will be experimenting a lot, and you don't wanna waste expensive makeup. try the brands essence, wet n wild, maybe loreal :)

Maybelline gel eyeliner one of the best...Gel eyeliners are easier to apply than liquid as you have more control!!

Pencil on the waterline (your waterline is shown when you tug underneath your eye). Only do half of your waterline.
