Under Eye Folds?

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
is there a product that reduces the under eye folds. whenever I apply liner or even eye shadow to my lower lashline, it gets caught in the fold and then smudges all over the place and it's just not cute.

does anybody know what these folds are and how to reduce them?

I'm sorry Alex I don't have any folds on my eyes! Are you talking about the natural creasing under the eye! Maybe your applying it to low? Sorry.

It's like the natural crease like this.

not my eye, but that's more or less how mine looks.

it's just annoying. like if I want to do super dramatic makeup (I.e. drag) it's completely in the way.
