Aloe Vera is the only thing you can use really especially if it still within 24 hours of having it done. I find if I wear no panties it helps but avoid any heat for at least 24 hours showers/baths/exercise/sun the aloe should help sooth and calm the skin x

Just added the app so my comment is late but the salon I go to they advise me to use sudocrem or nappy rash cream. Works great, I also use it the first day after my armpits are waxed.
