Also- could it be sunscreen or the sun? I recently went to puero Rico and used lots of sunscreen and was in the sun a lot! I don't know! Please help'

It could just be hormonal acne which would happen regardless of your makeup and skincare routine. I use Tea Tree oil on zits and it makes them smaller within hours.

It's from the sun, use a light sunscreen and the zit is puberty. Make sure not to dry your face out too too much with the face washes. Esp don't overload on acne washes in the winter unless you're super oily
