Does tea tree oil help acne, and how, what does it do to help?

I don't think it's specific to acne though I'm not sure. Moisturizers and then some.

I bought some.. And it smells horrible! I hear so many good things about it tho.. Heard it clears acne.

Acne purposes - its an anti bacterial oil and a potent one at that. yes, the smell takes some getting used to but it kills the acne causing bacteria. best as a spot treatment. its one of the few oils that can dry your skin so don't apply it all over the face. only a little where you need it.

I love it (not to fond of the smell either), I use it for spot treatments and use it to keep my oils that I clean my face with from going rancid.

I love it and some products smell weird and others are okay depends on the brand but when I use it I notice that it moisturizes well and also dries up my acne and reduces the inflammation from cystic acne - so I personally love it also it reduces redness and controls oil too.

It has antibacterial properties that get rid of acne! I use this as a serum on my face all the time! It sounds crazy, but I use it as a moisturizer too! You can view my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/KLagunero I used it as a makeup remover too! For my hair and manicures!

I use a tea tree blackhead exfoliate from the face shop! I think the good thing about tea tree oil is that there is no chemicals, 100% natural which is nourishing for the skin! Hope this helps! xo Carabelle.

It is better at fighting p. acnes and Staph A than most antibiotics. If you use it straight, don't do what I did and fall asleep with it on a compress. Just dab it on spots, and let it evaporate.
