That's so pretty:) I would just do a pinky Brown nail with a leopard print accent nail, for hair I'd do big volumous curls, makeup I would do a bright red lip and a cats eye with a Brown and black Smokey eye:)

I totally agree with Heather B... its a tube top type dress so hair down in loose curls will be sexy yet classy. an intense smoky eye with gold will definitely complement the dress and red nails will perfect the look..

I would do an off pink nails or a pretty brown. You don't want to be too matchy. Definitely curled hair but loose and half back and do a smokey eye. I work in a salon so we always have to help people with this stuff :)
